Gregory Houben

Greg Houben begins his formation at the Academy of Verviers but in theatre. At 17 years, it leaves to Brazil and it is during this year of discovery that it decides to dedicate body and heart to the music. He returns to the Academy but for the music this time (Verviers, Maastricht, Brussels). As a side-man, he will play in many groups (now, then and again, Agua de beber,…). As a leader, his 3 main groups cover a broad repertory (from cool jazz to Brazilian popular music while passing by the classical music).
